the location was really great! it was easy to walk to main attractions and really close to the train station and metro i'm so happy i didn't have to walk too much. the rooms were super clean. in fact all areas of this hotel was super clean i loved it!
almost no wifi in our room ugh! it barely connects and then disconnects again it was so frustrating. staff barely spoke any english they barely understood me so i couldn't complain

I found Padal at reception to be helpful. He addressed my questions quickly and effectively. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean, a real advantage. I appreciated the hotel's location, as it provides very easy access to the train station.
I had difficulty with the WiFi. The connection was unreliable in the room.

the location was convenient, close to the train station and many attractions. i found the staff very helpful and cute, always ready to assist with directions or any queries. the room included air conditioning, very useful during the warmer days. (i also had a fridge in the room, which helped keep drinks cool).
it wasn't a major issue, but something to note if you have lots of luggage.
