great location clean room poor wifi unhelpful staff
the location was really great! it was easy to walk to main attractions and really close to the train station and metro i'm so happy i didn't have to walk too much. the rooms were super clean. in fact all areas of this hotel was super clean i loved it!
almost no wifi in our room ugh! it barely connects and then disconnects again it was so frustrating. staff barely spoke any english they barely understood me so i couldn't complain

Convenient and Clean Stay
helpful reception super clean housekeeping easy access
I found Padal at reception to be helpful. He addressed my questions quickly and effectively. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean, a real advantage. I appreciated the hotel's location, as it provides very easy access to the train station.
I had difficulty with the WiFi. The connection was unreliable in the room.

The Double Room features clean linens and a functional layout. The room also includes reliable air conditioning. I found the shower offered consistently warm water , important.

The hotel offers luggage storage after checkout. This allowed me to explore the area without bags. I did notice the staff assisted guests with luggage up the stairs to reception.

excellent location and friendly service
convenient location helpful staff working air conditioning room fridge
the location was convenient, close to the train station and many attractions. i found the staff very helpful and cute, always ready to assist with directions or any queries. the room included air conditioning, very useful during the warmer days. (i also had a fridge in the room, which helped keep drinks cool).
the elevator was small. it wasn't a major issue, but something to note if you have lots of luggage.

the reception staff offered support with luggage, as the reception is located up a flight of stairs. they were proactive in offering assistance and always available.
